The neighborhood is bordered on the south by 153rd Avenue, the east by 82nd Street, the north by 167th Avenue, and the west by about 91st Street. A power transmission line right-of-way runs across the neighborhood's northern section. In the southern part of the neighborhood, there is an artificial lake. The neighborhood's design idea was designed to provide a balanced and coherent atmosphere.
