Listings in Canora Edmonton

Canora is one of the communities that used to be part of the Town of Jasper Place. The area's residential development began in the 1930s and lasted into the 1970s. By 1980, the majority of the current residential constructions had been built and many of the original homes in this area were tiny single-family dwellings and a large number of buildings in the neighborhood have been renovated, with duplexes and low-rise flats dominating the area south of 102nd Avenue and on 156th Street. The 156th and 149th Streets, as well as 107th Avenue and Stony Plain Road, divide Canora from its neighbors. The residents now have well-developed parks, schools, and community amenities thanks to a 1970s neighborhood revitalization program and along the southern edge of the neighborhood, a well-developed commercial strip covers the length of Stony Plain Road, providing homeowners with easy access to facilities.
