Listings in Lendrum Place Edmonton

Lendrum Place is mostly residential in nature, was named after Robert Lendrum, an early land surveyor in Edmonton, with most of the properties consisting of single-family homes, with some apartment buildings positioned along bus lines and the schools and the location of the community league are in the heart of the neighborhood. Along 111 Street, there is a commercial plaza with a variety of stores, while the adjoining Southgate Retail Centre has further shopping options and to the west and northwest of the village lies the University of Alberta research farm. The road network in Lendrum Place follows a modified grid form. A LRT line runs along Lendrum's eastern border, and the road network links to other important City roads for access. The Lendrum Slough used to be close by, but it has now vanished and been replaced with a residential complex.
