Listings in Twin Brooks Edmonton

Twin Brooks' residential building began in the late 1980s. The majority of the work was done in the 1990s, with the remainder finished in the 2000s. The majority of the dwelling units are single-detached houses, with a few semi-detached houses, row housing, and low-rise apartment complexes sprinkled throughout. The 119th and 111th Streets are the two primary entrances to the neighborhood. Internal roads are constructed as loops and cul-de-sacs orientated along Twin Brooks Drive, the major collection route. In the heart of the neighborhood, there is a combination school/park location. The public elementary school was built in Twin Brooks, but the school board declared the site set aside for the construction of a Catholic primary school. The surplus school site, located in the northwest corner of the combined school site, had its building envelope rezoned to allow for future residential expansion. A stormwater management lake and a small park are located in the heart of the neighborhood, which is surrounded by single-family residences. A gas line right-of-way that runs east-west across the neighborhood's southern section has been landscaped to create a linear route corridor.
