Listings in Wedgewood Heights Edmonton

The Anthony Henday ring road to the west and Wedgewood Ravine to the east define the Wedgewood Heights neighborhood, which is part of the West Jasper Place South Area Structure Plan (ASP). One of the neighborhood's distinctive qualities is its proximity to the North Saskatchewan River Valley and ravine system. Lessard Road, which links to Wedgewood Boulevard, the neighborhood's primary collector road, provides access to the neighborhood. In the 1960s, Wedgewood Heights had a little amount of growth. During the 1970s, development slowed, and the majority of the neighborhood was built during the 1980s and 1990s. The diversity of lot sizes along Wedgewood Crescent and in the western half of the neighborhood can be explained by this development cycle. Wedgewood Heights is composed entirely of single-detached houses. A central park site has been established, and a pipeline right-of-way that runs diagonally across the neighborhood has been planted as a pedestrian corridor, providing direct access to the Wedgewood Ravine and the river valley's top-of-bank. Wedgewood Heights takes its name from the Wedgewood Ravine, which is immediately north of Wedgewood Crescent. The majority of the streets in Wedgewood Heights are named after well-known Edmontonians including Wells, Weber, and Weaver.
